Renee Dessommes is a proud member of Actors Equity Association, the Dallas Regional Representative and a Director at Large for the Stage Managers' Association. She is currently the District Discipline Lead & Professor of Theatre at Collin College in Plano, TX. She is one of the Resident Stage Managers for Uptown Players in Dallas, TX.  She has worked as an Assistant Stage Manager, Crew Chief, and Scenic Artist. Renee is a hard working and optimistic individual. She aims to make the classroom and rehearsal hall a positive, upbeat, and encouraging environment.
